SHIPPING + TRACKING + DELIVERY
All items are handmade and shipped from North Georgia. Once packages leave the shop, The Whimsical Stitch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or shipments delivered to an incorrect address. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct and accurate when the order is placed.
All items will be shipped with tracking, with the exception of some international sales. Product tracking and shipping information can be found through your order information emailed to you after the time of purchase. Once an item has been shipped it is no longer the responsibility of The Whimsical Stitch, but rather the shipping provider. If your package does get lost, let me know and I will do everything I can to help.
